7th of April, was the day when every plan and idea, was successfully put to practice and established the seventh installment of the traditional athletic race named - Running Towards The Goal. It was organized in collaboration between the NGO Integrity Alpha & Omega, the marathon club Delta and the evangelical church Word of Hope as well as many other supporters - Royal Rangers, Jana water, and many others. This day was also World Health day, and that fact helped to present the goal to the people, to promote healthy and active living.
Weather conditions were excellent, both for the runners and for the audience, which number went over 300 people, while competitors were almost 200 in the three races. Everything went as planned, and the positive atmosphere were felt during the whole day. We send out a large amount of gratefulness to our God and as well to all our sponsors and supporters who enabled us for promoting this event on such great level. Additionally we would like to gratitude our volunteering team, who stood behind us and selflessly donated their time to help us with the organization. Last but not least, is the British Business Group Macedonia who sent out their support for the children race as well as for the mini sport games, which were specifically organized for the youngest participants of the event. Congratulations to the participants who entered and finished the race, and here is the standings at the end of the event.
