_Leadership! Udheheqes! - Was the theme of the third weekend of the project Weekends of change. This time, the whole day was filled with experience games, which primal intent was to recognize the leader in each and everyone of us,  as the saying goes "Everyone is a leader - one way or another". Furthermore, every activity from this day had a goal to teach the participants how to build their own team, to be succesfull, and every team member to finish his own job and assignement and to find his role in one team. This is very close to the situation in most of the sport clubs, where we have a Coach (the leader) and students (team members). Recognizing the leader in the team will increase his authority, with which undoubtedly will increase the respect and will tremendously enlarge the chances of success of a team.

Afterwards, the participants have got into their practice gear, and attended a very interesting practice in Judo. Tossing, takedowns and a lot more tehniques were learned this day, and we can say that the satisfaction on the faces of the participants was obvious.
